Individual Consultation

Individual sessions are offered in a safe and a non- judgmental environment where the person can address their fears and anxieties and learn to advocate on their own behalf.

Support groups for adolescents

Adolescent groups are centered around learning about and building healthy relationships. These groups are crafted to educate youth, from ages 11 to 18, on how to identify healthy and unhealthy relationships. They will learn about the different types of abuse including how to deal effectively with potentially abusive situations.

Support groups for women

Support groups utilize the strengths of each participant as they are provided with the tools to further recognize and develop these strengths to achieve healthy relationships. Support groups build resilience and self esteem, minimize damaging long-term effects of abusive relationships and encourage participants to apply the tools in ways that are appropriate to them.

"This training efficiently covered a lot of information in a way that was easy to understand. This presentation made me and other participants feel comfortable sharing our personal experiences. A benefit that will stay with me forever is knowing that I'm not alone, that there are people and places to go for support." - Lupe Bautista, Domestic Violence Survivor.
